I’m addicted to pandora. It’s my first bracelet

The staff knew exactly what I was looking for and it was quickly retrieved with no further questions or input from me.

All I had to do was show a picture from the website of a ring and an associate instantly gave me a list of all the available sizes and she also convinced me on buying and another ring to compliment the one I just bought later.

The knowledge of the staff made the visit stress free and the selection matched what i seen on the internet which was the reason for the visit. I didn't want to buy online and have to pay shipping and handle when i have a store in my city. Everyone was very friendly and very professional on the inventory in their store. I will be returning to shop for more charms for my new Christmas bracelet that i received for free when i made my purchase.

This was my second purchase from this store. My husband was with me and he purchased a bracelet and 4 charms for me. We bought my daughter a pandora bracelet a week prior and was so impressed I decided I wanted one.

Alisha has been amazing. We were in last night and she helped us choose a wonder bracelet for my sister, and we happened to find a necklace as well. She has been quite helpful. In fact, when I went into the store this evening, I waited until she was done with another customer, because of how she treated us last night. It is very hard to find great customer service. I can be hard to please at times, and she has made my Christmas shopping this week go smoothly. She is also well versed, in her product knowledge and has a great eye for what someone might be looking for, but not sure what to pick out for a first time purchase!
