This was my first time visiting/shopping at Pandora. Asia, the sales agent, delivered excellent customer service. she was very knowledgable about all of the Pandora products. I will definitely visit this Pandora again!

The sales woman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the pandora charms i was interested in. She helped me pick the right one for my girlfriend.

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted and informed of the spring collection. Then when we had selected a bracelet we got another girls attention and she got it out for me to try within no time. I tried on the last size available and it was perfect! I was even given a small pamphlet on how to care for my bracelet. Excellent and efficient service! :)

My sales associate was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. First time in a while that I have went in and everyone was pleasant.

My boyfriend bought me a ring while we were down in Miami and we asked for a 7 but I guess ended up getting a 7.5 so we decided to exchange it when we got home. Taylor greeted us and helped me exchange my ring for the one I wanted in a correct size. She was so helpful and kind. 10/10

I was especially pleased with the Alyssa who assisted me in the store.. She was friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. She showed me additional merchandise but as not "pushy" about my purchase. I am confident I am getting great value with my purchase and am very happy with the service I received that day.
