I was greet with a smile the associated that wait on me she was sooooooo Pleasant.

The lady who helped us was very nice and did not hesitate on any information. It is great when your salesperson knows their product. She was very patient with us while I looked at many different charms which was nice. Great experience.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. My daughter was looking for something specific & they made sure she found what she was looking for. Always a great experience shopping here.

The employee was new to Pandora and she was approaching her 30 day employment but did well. Employee was patient and showed me the charms I wanted to see. Employee explained the sale, took her time, and gave book to take with me.

The sales.associate was very friendly and sympathetic as i explained that my wallet was stolen recently and my husband is an addict which means i buy my own christmas gifts for myself. She found the charm i was looking for and it was the last one luckily. She was really nice!

we were greeted in the line by Audrey. She was very friendly and polite. She introduced us to Hannah the associate that would be assisting us in the store. Hannah found what we were looking for assembled the bracelet and charms so that were could see what looked best together, showed us specials, let us decide w/ out pressure. Best ever experience at any Pandora shop I have ever visited. And I have been to many, Dallas, Seattle, several in the Caribbean, Alaska. I live in Dallas but will continue to do business with the Pensacola store every chance I get!❤️

Great staff and ease of doing business

The staff were quick to ask if any assistance was needed. The selection was easy to access. The atmosphere was very friendly.
