The worker was super friendly and helpful. Didn't have anything specific in mind but a ring with thicker band. She showed me different rings. They take the time to help you one on one

The overall staff of which I've encountered has been GREAT! They are friendly and down to earth! I'd be more than happy to continue to drive the 2hrs (of which I have several times this year)!

I went in looking for a late Mother’s Day present for my mom. Jeracah helped us get a rough idea of some possibilities and we left with a catalog only to come back 20 minutes later with exactly what we wanted. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Stopped in to purchase a gift for my sister. I was not sure what to get, but Ruby was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time with me to explore different options and gave valuable input to my purchase. Ruby and Jeracah were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. This was the most positive shopping experience I have had at a Pandora store and will definitely stop back in when in the area.

Everything about this store and the especially the sales associate was great. Ruby, the sales associate, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and just overall a sweet person. She was an absolute pleasure while helping me decide which charms to purchase for my bracelet. I wish all sales associates were like Ruby!!
