Both employees were helpful and considerate when I came looking for a piece to remember my recently deceased mother. They comforted me when I became upset, offered tissues, and made the experience very pleasant despite circumstances.

We stopped at the store in search of a souvenir of our trip to Asheville. The young lady offered several suggestions and I selected one. She also sold me a charm the will hold other charms on the bracelet.
