We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. The clerk was very friendly. Knew exactly what I was looking for based on my description.

I went in looking for a specific style of charm and this store at least had one. Although it was not exactly what I was looking for it did suit my purpose. I also saw some guards which I think are a great idea, so I purchased one.

The sales staff went above and beyond to help me make a purchase I was Going to love. They took their time and u was never rushed to make a decision. Awesome customer service!

I was highly satisfied with this Pandora store because my boyfriend and I were greeted within the first 2 seconds of walking in. Our sales associate helped pick out and size my wrist for my bracelet and provided all the charms to go along with it. She told us about the sales that were going on and how to take care of my bracelet in the future. 10/10 would reccomend

The sales person was real friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and did not rush me. The store was real busy but, she was real nice and took her time with me.

Love the sales in this Pandora so I usually shop here as I feel I get more value for my money and they are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service from the two ladies present at store. I wished there was a better selection of charms however. Quality could be better as I had lost a stone from one charm and had to exchange it.
