The sales staff are always very helpful and they are always very friendly. I enjoy shopping in this particular store.

Prior to visiting Pandoras store we shopped at two other jewelry stores located in the shopping outlet, Kay's Jeweler and Zales. Both stores the sales staff were not knowledgeable with merchandise or trends to help with a gift for my 22 yet old niece. There were 3 staff members at Pandora all very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to find the perfect gift for my niece. They were 100% right my niece LOVED her bracelet and charm!!!!!!

Our salesperson was so nice and accommodating. She really knew the merchandise well and showed us many items on sale. I brought my sister back with me and she ended up buying quite a few things. I'm excited to ear my 2 new charms and also give my niece her birthday gift.

Katelynne was extremely helpful I didn’t have a clue what to get my wife for Christmas but she knew what items she had and helped me quickly to find 2 charms to add to my wife’s bracelet
