The sales associate provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and promoted the sale very well to me.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because when I first arrived at the store, I was asked to give my name and would then be called when a sales associate became available. I thought the process would take a while but, I was impressed that it didn't take long at all to have someone help me. The associate that assisted was very knowledgeable with the products Pandora offered and very patient with me as I tried to decide what products I wanted to purchase.

When I walked in I was looking for the Sales Associate that I had worked with previously. She was with another client. 2 other Sales Associates asked if they could assist me. Mary began showing me some merchandise while I was waiting for Nicole to finish up with her clients. I liked the what I saw and made the purchase with Mary. Nicole had finished with her clients and walked over and we talked for a minute. Both Mary and Nicole are 2 very Professional Sales Associates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated to a Great Sales Experience.
