The staff was very friendly and got what I needed done, and they were hilarious. They also handled the crowd of Black Friday shoppers very well.

Pandora took extreme precautions against COVID-19 and I felt very safe. They were extremely nice and asked how I was doing as soon as I got there.

The store was not busy at the time of our visit. The sales person Nalleli was very friendly and willy to spend time with us while we designed our bracelet.

The staff was patient and friendly, and very helpful. The customer assistance was very high level, particularly during a time where wait times are expected to be higher due to larger volumes of customers and the current pandemic situation.

despite the wait, the store mapped out a great plan to assist customers in a swiftly matter, and this location they are always nice

My sales associate Ale hopefully I have her name correct was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and kind as I am new to Pandora though i was accompanied by a current Pandora customer. She was able to balance out both of our needs as we searched through multiple pieces to help bring us to our decision.
