With Covid 19 they made you feel safe with limited number of people in the store and we were spaced apart. My sales associate Tessa was very helpful and recommended a charm that I didn't even know about that worked beautifully with the necklace.

First time shopping for a Pandora bracelet and Alyssa B was very patient and helpful. She was off at 3pm and our sale went over that and I never felt rushed at all. She was very helpful being that I picked 4 rings and created a whole bracelet with charms on it as well. Will be returning to her the following Friday to purchase another bracelet and more rings. Excellent customer service.
