I was greeted with smiles and information and I was offered water while I stood inside the store, salesperson was quick and friendly, I showed her what I wanted out of the catalog and she got the merchandise and even had me buying a charm to go with

This is the second time giving this location a chance. The first time I went it was 6 minutes before closing and we were not let in. I told them I already had the charms picked out and would not be browsing and I still was not let in. The store was not full which is why I do not understand why we were not let in the first place. The second time I was hesitant because of the previous experience and my friend convinced me to go inside with her. I was greeted by Karina and she was such a nice person and even arranged my bracelet with my new charms. I’m really glad Karina made this experience much better and also for her taking the time with my purchase along with my friends. Will be going to this location specifically for this associate, thank you so much for your kindness Karina!

Being 65, I was concerned about what precautions would be taken to ensure limited contact. Happily, only 2 customers were allowed in the store at one time. The associate that waited on me was extremely helpful and the purchase was completed probably in less than 10 minutes.
