I've gone to the Pandore store near me a few times and my experience has always been satisfying.

I found what I was looking for in a matter of seconds. She had it cleaned up and packed in mere moments. I was in and out with my purchase gift wrapped and all in less than 5 minutes. It was great!

The sales associates were extremely polite. I spoke with a sales representative over the phone to reserve my items. The ease of being able to pickup and pay for my items was pleasing. I was also offered a bottom of water during the extremely warm weather.
