I needed to exchange the bracelet purchased for my granddaughter as it was too big for her wrist. The sales associate was very accommodating and knowledgeable regarding the sizing for this bracelet. She immediately found the correct size for me. She was pleasant and sympathetic with my need for the exchange. Overall, the experience was a good one which cannot always be said for exchanges at other stores.

Due to the COVID the store has sanitizer when you enter and available while being serviced. There was no long wait the customer service provided was great. And everyone was 6 feet away.
