Pandora Jewelry

Mark was very friendly. He helped me and offered me diferrent type of charms. This is my favorite store of Pandora everytime I go they are always nice and help me.

The customer service was amazing. I started receiving assistance from the supervisor who was so great, I can’t remember her name but because she was so great she was needed some where else. At this time Mark stepped in and finished assisting me it was with ease. They both were very knowledgeable and patient.

It was very easy transaction. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered water and the store was clean.

I did have to wait in line for a little bit before entering the store., but I saw that all the sales associates were sanitizing their stations very well after every guest which made me more comfortable with shopping here. I was looking for a very specific ring, so I showed the sales associate a picture, and he knew exactly where it was! He moved me to a different part of the store in a very safe way, keeping distance between me and other shoppers. I tried on the ring, filled out all my information, and was happily on my way!

I was highly satisfied because I got what I wanted but the sales assistant wasn’t really helpful at all. She didn’t offer any sales I had to ask about the sale, she wasn’t really helpful at all

I was able to call tbe store to get mechandise not available on line. They held it for me and I was able to walk in and purchase with no problems.

I love the variety, sale pamphlet was given with water bottle while waiting. Sanitation was observe prior to speaking with associate.

The store just recently opened due to covid. They only let us certain amount of people in the store and you waited while they wiped everything down from the previous shapur I felt very safe very clean and very well helped

Melissa was very patient while taking my phone order. Ana brought my order to me and was very pleasant as well. Both ladies provided exceptional customer service and great customer service. I loved the experience.
