I had a very lovely and patient sales associate by the name of Martha V. I came in knowing I 100% wanted a new bracelet because when I got mine 11 years ago I was sized and told to go up some to make room for the charms and beads, which was not the case since I could slip it off while it was clasped, it was too big, so Martha helped PROPERLY size me. Ontop she took the time to go threw a good amount of charms to help me add more color to my “style”, helped me get them arranged nicely, and was just so pleased to be around! Please give this woman some small token of appreciation even a gold star for her name tag/ a gift card to somewhere, she truly makes it feel like you are doing business with an old time friend!

The wait was very short to get in. I showed the salesperson the item I was looking at on my phone. He easily found it and I confirmed it was the right item.

It was my first visit since Covid-19. You could tell extra cautionary measures were taken and the sale associate was very polite and knowledgeable.

Super easy and very well organized for safety and health.

As a healthcare worker i do like the process of the hygienic practice from customer to customer...also the sales associate was very good at putting together what we wanted.

Raven was so nice, very patient with me. I actually went to get my size for my wrist and fingers so I can purchase online but she was so helpful I decided to buy right there and then. Thank you Raven.

I enjoyed the visit. They were very friendly and handed out water to people waiting in line. I was very satisfied with how they handled everything.
