I purchased a ring for my daughters graduation and i mistakenly purchased the wrong size. I originally purchased from the Naperville location and they were later looted during riots. I called this Oakbrook location and was surprised to find that they were open and seeing guests. I was greeted by an employee checking guests in and we went in store only a few at a time to keep us safe under the new COVID rules. I was surprised to see that the staff was adapting and keeping everything clean and sanitized. I think that Pandora is doing a great job keeping their staff and customers safe. I will definitely come back to this store soon.
