I called on the phone they called me back I shopped with a personal shopper and they text message me when my charm was ready to pick up at the store curbside during the pandemic. The whole process work smoothly I was very satisfied

Everything went smoothly on my drive thru and pick up sale. I did not go into the store. However, my one item was presented in a box - with is beautiful. I had purchased 9 items during the pandemic because I needed them for a birthday gift and NONE of them came in a box, which is disappointing. I will purchase in the store from now on.
