Waiting time was minimal. Our Sales person Mary was awesome. It was a no stress experience.

The associate Mira (Mary) was so friendly and outgoing! She took the time to connect with us and help us with the process of the application for the credit card and to pick the right bracelets. After all the service was great! Love her energy! The environment was great as well! My husband and I will be coming back soon!

I walked in and was greeted immediately. Alyssa was wonderful! She was very helpful and kind. She suggested the cutest charms! She also was sweet enough to rearrange my charms and add a new one as well!

There were several sales associates on hand so that customers were not waiting as long to receive assistance. There was a plethora of options in terms of charms and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

It was my first time in Pandora. The service was really great and helpful and of course I was happy with the bracelet that I got.:)
