The sales associates were bubbly. Erica was knowledgeable of the merchandise. All of my questions were answered as well suggestions were made.

Rowanne was amazing and truly was knowledgeable about the jewelry and charms. She was most helpful and was very kind. She listened and gave excellent suggestions. She also gave us updates on sales and how to use our emails to track our previous purchases. Rowanne has wonderful customer service skills and was very personable.

Yesterday I tried to return my Christmas gift at Woodfield Mall and they would not like up my original receipt when I had the gift receipt. The ladies at the Oakbrook store were more than happy to do that and the ln refunded the money that I was due without any hesitation. marians and Erika were very helpful and did they’re job correctly unlike the Woodfield personnel who told me I can only have an change of refund and never offer to look up my receipt.
