The location and the service is excellent

My sales associate, Karina S and another male associate were very informative, friendly and engaged. We talked about the holidays, family and gift giving. Actually, the mail associate was wearing one of the items I puchased. He wrapped them well with great presentation.

Everything was just right. Everyone was very friendly and were willing to help. The price I payed was reasonable for what I had purchased.

The associate assisting me was very friendly and helpful. Alitzel gave good advices on how to take care of my jewelry. She also offered me the pandora card and let me know about the no interest period

The store was bright and the displays were very nice. The only complaint was the sales associates were standing around talking and I had to ask for help

Not too busy

I was highly satisfied with the employees who help me, it was my first time actually entering a Pandora store I was a bit confused at first how the whole process worked. Since there were a lot of people I felt overwhelmed but luckily an employee noticed and help me out. The employee that assisted me was bilingual, so my parents were satisfied that someone could answer their question and they wouldn't feel like outcasts.

The store was well staffed and there was no wait. Those providing services were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This store location has always been very helpful.
