I came to pandora with my boyfriend, simply to have my bracelet cleaned and to possibly buy more charms. The associate, Maddie, was very welcoming. She cleaned my bracelet and I asked about any new charms. We viewed many charms and I noticed a charm on her bracelet that I loved and ended up buying it. Through conversation, she stated that she was a Virgo and that there were zodiac charms, in which I didn’t know, and by coincidence, I am a Virgo too. So I bought that charm as well. She was very helpful in getting me the charms I was looking for and getting to know me to show me charms I may have been interested in (awesome sales tactic). Thank You Maddie and I will be returning to Oak Brook!

Well the sales associate didn’t let me leave until I was satisfied with my selecting....she didn’t rush me and was very patient she actually pick everything out for me! She did an excellent job!

Erika was very nice. She offered to clean my ring and bracelet. She put a rubber piece on my spacer so the charms don't fall out when I open it. She also rearranged a piece so it can even out. She also gave me some tips to keep my bracelet in good condition. Was very pleased with this visit to the Oakbrook Mall.
