The CSR Ashley was knowledgeable, patient and had an awesome personality. I have a bracelet that had to be repaired in past and chain came apart again it was no longer available is why I went in. I was very dissappointed. Also some bracelets are not easy to open and close they Need to be more user friendly in order to take off as instructed.

The sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was undecided on what type of charms I was looking for and she took time to show me different designs. I'm very happy with the experience.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and an associate saying "Hello, how may we help you?" There was no pressure to purchase anything and I was shown items in the price range I indicated. The hostess at the door even offered my grandson a candy cane and bottle of water.
