Friendliness of the sales associate

I went to get my gf's ring resized. Selena and Alitzel informed me that the ring was out of warranty and the particular ring style was one that was not capable of being resized. That was disappointing to hear but I was not suprised. My gf and I purchased the ring Janurary of 2018. Selena and Alitzel went above and beyond my expectations by allowing me to do an even exchange as the ring i brought it was in near perfect condition. I was not expecting that. I totally was blown away. They are amazing! they deserve a raise! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THIS STORE/COMPANY TO ANY AND ALL FOR ANY JEWELRY NEEDS!!!!!!

Selena was very friendly and very helpful. Every time I shop at the oak brook pandora store I always have a great experience and enjoy my shopping trip.

Rwonda was so knowledgeable and very helpful in picking out the jewelry I wanted. We shared similar taste and the pieces she picked out for me were perfect!

My sales associate was very personable and told me about a special discount sale going on when you purchase 3 or more charms. She knew which charms were eligible for the discount and moved with ease. I could tell that she knew what she was doing and it made me appreciate her work.

The charm I got is beautiful. I like that it has a slight dangle. I'm hoping to get more like this in the future.

Clean, friendly they was kind my bracelet kept falling off they replaced it love it I will be back and highly recommended.

I went to have my bracelet cleaned which was done quickly and efficiently. The assisted then recommended some Chisem’s which I did not have that would enhance my bracelet very nicely.

Rowanne and her team were amazing in being courteous on top of having a good attitude despite the dreary weather. They were also very gracious in letting my dog into the store as well. Many thank yous for that, as it gave my dog a chance to rest. Rowanne was also vested in my interest in purchasing some Pandora items and helped me make a final decision. I would not mind coming back to this specific location because of the stellar service even though it is quite a trek for me.
