Every time I go into the store I have a wonderful experience. Every associate is helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Maddie assisted me once again and she was able to recall every previous purchase, and provide suggestion from previous merchandise. I love that she is knowledgeable about all of your products and can make such great suggestions. She keeps me wanting to come back due to her wonderful customer service

I had an issue with an exchange. I completed the survey and the store manager ( Danielle) called me and said she wanted to resolve the issue I had with my return. She said she would be out but would leave a massage for assistance manager ( salena ) world took care of my issue! Very pleasured with the outcome! Thanks Danielle and Salena.
