I purchased 2 bracelets 1 week prior to visiting the store. They were too small. I had the box but couldn't find the receipt and the sales associate was unable to look me up using email or phone. For some reason, Oakbrook Mall blocks cell phone signals so once you walk into a store your phone will not work. I was trying to show her my bank account that shows the date, location, and amount spent to prove that I purchased the bracelets from her. Perhaps because I had on one of my many Pandora charms, or perhaps because she was a kind human, she was comfortable taking me at my word. I exchanged the bracelets successfully. Once I walked outside of the store and my phone signal was restored, I was able to find the purchase on my Chase Bank app. When I went back in the store to show her she said "you didn't have to do that. I believed you." As an African-American who has had 3 incidents at OakBrook mall over the past 22 years that I felt were racial, it was really heart warming that she took me at my word. I know it sounds like a small thing but it really meant a lot to me. Thank you for this opportunity to tell you about it.

The environment was great. The store associates knew exactly what questions to ask and were very friendly in helping me find the right gift. They seemed to have already known what i was looking for which made it easier for me. One of the store associates was very lovely in her approach and made me feel very comfortable.
