I walked in about 15 minutes to closing. I thought I was going to be chased out since it was almost closing time but the sales associate Erica made me feel as if I had known her all my life. Simple, understanding, never once mentioned its closing time asked what I was looking for. She knew where all the charms were then offered me a sale which was very hard to turn down and asked me to allow her to clean the Pandora ring I was wearing. I have been to five Pandora locations and this location has always been by far the best one.
