Zaria was so awesome. I explained what I like and she brought out several trays for me to look at. I had 2 charms in mind and she knew exactly what they were by my brief description. She was friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a great experience at Pandora Oak Brook.

Natalie was great. Her customer service was excellent. Her knowledge of the stores stock was great. This is my Pandora store. Me and girlfriends are known at this location.

The store is organized and clean. You are greeted when you come into the store immediately. The staff is professional and courteous with you while you’re conducting your transaction. Alyssa was my sales associate and she was awesome, very helpful and really knew the products.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and was pleasant to deal with. She made alternative and additional recommendations for other pieces of jewelry, but wasn’t pushy. She asked questions to get to know me and the person for whom the gift was intended.
