Every time I come to the Oak Brook Pandora, I have a wonderful experience. I consider myself a regular and the sales associates are very familiar with me. I am ALWAYS treated kind and respectful. I never have issues and I enjoy my overall shopping experience.

The young sales-lady was funny and friendly. We had a very good conversation while I debated what charm to get for my wife. When I asked for charms for Chicago he immediately pulled out the store's selection and helped me pick the best one. She was an awesome sales associate. I was traveling to Chicago on a trip but I live in Maryland. If I ever travel that way again I would be sure to visit that store again.
