Pandora had all of the merchandise that I was looking for and the sales associate Kyla was very pleasant and helpful.

The environment inside the store was very stratified. The sale associate was nice and warm welcoming plus it was easy to shop without any problems.

Majority of pieces wanting to buy were available. Sales associate very helpful and gave suggestions of additional charms that would look good with pieces being bought. Too many different items to choose from was the only drawback.

I had the most incredible visit to this particular Pandora store in Oakbrook, IL. The sales associate was PHENOMENAL, and will only go back to that store. The one in Rockford, IL is awful, and the employees do not care, are not kind, and you literally have to ask to be helped.Even though there is a Pandora in my city, I will be driving the hour and a half ride every time I want to go to Pandora because of how well we were treated there. They offered us cold water bottles, the store was immaculate and beautiful, and the woman who worked with us, Erika Hernandez, was THE reason I will be returning to that store. I asked for her business card, and will certainly be only going back when she is there. She is a perfect portrayal of Pandora. Classy, kind, elegant, and warm. I have, and will continue to recommend this particular Pandora location to everyone I know.
