I really was specific looking for a bracelet for my 80-year-old Mother who would need an easy on and off piece. I was given three options to choose from and a variety of sizes. I was also told about an ongoing sale which was a big savings. I was selecting charms from siblings and they were specific requests as well and the sales associate directed me to beautiful pieces I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the store and everything was beautiful in the end with a very reasonable price. I was actually emotional when I saw the bracelet with all the charms because it was all about my Mom and what she represented and "her story". Highly recommend this store and the Pandora bracelet. Will be back to purchase additional charms and makes a great gift for future holidays for someone that has everything.

Excellent customer service

Told the associate what I was looking for and she got it right away. Asked if I needed anything else, I said no thank you and she rung me up. But I had a chance to look around while I was waiting my turn.
