I like two of the sales reps at the store, their always friendly and smiling whenever I go to the store and help me decide what pieces fit my style, and they keep me informed on upcoming promotions and new arrivals.

Erika was very helpful, made my exchange and purchase easy. I have come in several times and seems like there is an issue with your checkout systems that seem to keep spinning and waiting for connections. You really should look into that.

I am never disappointed with my purchase . I do my homework and research the items that I'm interested in buying before entering any Pandora stores. My only disappointment is that unlike other Pandora stores I have shopped in, the Oakkbrook store does not have their Last Chance selections readily displayed.

I had great and bad customer service I was informed of any promotions or deals that were going on and everyone was very friendly.

I was able to purchase Last Chance charms at a discounted price and I was really happy about that.It makes me want to buy more charms for my bracelet
