I feel in love with almost all the rings there and was able to try on rings and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed.

Completely satisfied with my visit. I received a ring as a gift and it was too large so I went to this Pandora to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size. The associate was very helpful and very friendly. Very patient as well. She let me try on the different sizes to help me choose the right ring size. Definitely helped and I will be returning soon to get some things for myself.

I had to wait to long and the girl was kind of rushing me. I live in Las Vegas - was just visiting here in Illinois, but would not shop at this particular Pandora again.

While the initial wait seemed longer than I would have liked, the team moved quickly and efficiently. I was able to pick what I wanted while I was waiting for assistance and quickly purchase the items once they were able to assist. Great experience!

This was my first time in a Pandora Store. The Sale associate was very helpful, kind and considered as well as being excited as me. We have a lot in common. This was Maura A. No. 182353 first day on the job and my first Pandora bracelet. A gift from my son for my Christmas and Birthday present. We both were born in January on the same date. We both were acting excited about spending money, of course I was the one that was purchasing, but she help me to make up my mind on how to organize my bracelet and made me feel good about coming into the store. She will truly be excellent in her sales because she has a very nice personally. It was my mother first time in the store and she purchase some earring as we talked about giving the church people something else to talk about. This was truly a fun day. Thanks Maura. The Sales Associates greeted you with a smile and very pleasant (very user friendly). There was no rush to show you the merchandise or hustle you out of the store. The Store is very clean, and there were a Hugh selection of merchandise. Need to have more sales item selections that are in the catalog, but overall excellent services.
