Although there was a line and we had to sign in to speak to an associate, it moved rather quickly. They were very busy, but we did not feel rushed and the associate took her time with us and answered our questions.

My husband bought me two Mickey Mouse charms for my bracelet, I needed the clips to prevent my charms from sliding. The sales associate Mark was amazing!! He recommended two Disney clips white enamel Mickey Mouse and White enamel Snow White. He also rearranged / redesigned my charms in a way that made more sense. Mark not only paid close attention to the charms I picked out from the display, he wrote them all down in order of how much I liked them so my husband could easily, hopefully purchase them for Christmas. Mark gave us a catalog and his business card. We will most definitely purchase from the Oakbrook Pandora store again, we will absolutely give our business to a Mark. He was great.
