The customer service is great! My salesperson helped pick out several charms that would go nicely with either of my bracelets and charms that I already have and put them on my bracelets to show me how they'd look. The charm I chose for my bracelet is beautiful! She also showed me a charm that looked beautiful for my other bracelet. I plan on visiting soon to purchase the charm.

I was trying to fix a gift that was given to me and expected to pay because unfortunately I had no proof of purchase. The sales associate asked and I was permitted an exchange and they applied the warranty to my exchange so I was able to walk out with a brand new ring! They were so understanding and made my experience better than anything I could’ve expected!

Peggy was very patient and helpful with my daughter, Rachel. Rachel takes a LONG time to make decisions like this so we appreciated Peggy waiting patiently. The store was getting busier while we were there and she seemed relaxed and patient with us.

You should have more of a selection of charms for Grandson and Grandaughter and grandchildren

shopping at the Oak Brook IL. location. I'm a typical male shopper. only a vague idea of what to purchase. My salesperson,Daniela was very helpful and walked me through the buying process. Making sure of color,length and accessories. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Kim, the salesperson, was very helpful. She was able to exchange my online purchased item, for the correct size (I ordered the correct size, but was shipped a smaller size). She also was able to provide me information about the charms/ bracelet that weren't readily provided online. I will definitely go back.
