My initial suggestion started a phone call. When I called Peggy answered. She located the item and placed it on hold. When I arrived at the store Peggy was on lunch. Kim assisted me. She show me some different charms including one she was wearing on her neck. I loved one of the charms she was wearing and I selected that charm. It was a pleasant experience.

I was looking for a gift for my daughter and the selection was great. the associate was very helpful. the availability was excellent.

Kim was incredibly helpful selecting a gift for my wife's birthday. I was looking for something to commemorate my wife running the Chicago Marathon. Kim was able to recommend a running charm and a Chicago charm that perfectly matched what I was looking for.

I went into the store looking for a bracelet. I had been online, but needed more information on sizing. The gal who assisted me explained it was her first day and needed to get more help. In the end I was able to identify the size needed and made the purchase.
