Associate Kari was very nice and helpful as soon as I got into store. Was very patient with me since I was not sure what to pick as a gift for my niece. At the end she showed me beautiful charm with green lights and I new that is the one.

Purchased a pandora brain Greece and wasn’t measured for it. I brought it in here for a cleaning and I was immediately told that it was to big and I needed to be measured. I was measured and the item was exchanged without a second thought. I’m extremely happy.

To start off, I am not a big fan of Panodoras. However, this store went above and beyond. The place was clean, wells stocked and the sale associate made me well comfortable and knew what she was doing.
