Pandora Jewelry

My intention was to drop my items off for cleaning and leave and browse the mall. However, Esmeralda greeted me with such a warm smile and was so very pleasant when she assisted me, I ended up staying until my jewelry was cleaned and also made a purchase. The fact that it was mid day and the store was not crowded allowed for such 1/1 attention that I really enjoyed and appreciated. I've never had a bad experience at Pandora, but this visit is rated as my top.

The employee Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had several questions and she was able to answer the and give additional tips and information.

I came to the store with one specific charm in mind and had already tried two other places that unfortunately did not have the piece I was looking for. By the time I left the store I had the birthday gift I was looking for and actually bought two additional pieces for myself. The sales associate was not pushy at all but her patience to look at other pieces made me feel so comfortable. I hope to go back to this store and deal with this sales associate. I really liked her!

Kim was awesome, I knew what I needed and i was in and out within 10 minutes

Everyone was friendly and although it was a sign in list they moved quickly and everyone left out with a smile

The item I was looking for was in stock and easy to find. The sales associate was very nice and very knowledgeable of all the items in the store. All the jewelry was very shiny was eye catching!
