The sales Associate was very helpful she introduced me to the Pandora Rewards in which I got approved and left with more jewelry than I had anticipated on buying . As my time in the store took awhile my sales associate offered us bottles of water which was very nice !! What was also great was that she showed me the charms that were on sale and helped me built my charm bracelet ! Very helpful !!!

The sale of buy two charms and get one free was my incentive to buy nine charms for xmas gifts. It was a great savings. The sales person was very patient and as I kept changing my mind did not become agitated. She stayed very pleasant throughout.

The selection of the items I was looking for. The staff's knowledge of the items I was requesting. How quickly the I was greeted when I walked into the store. I have been to other locations and no one does not greet or ask you to sign in, this was not the case at this particular store.
