I have visited a few different Pandora stores, I mostly go to the Oakbrook store because it is close to my home. The people working there are exceptionally friendly and always offer me the highest level of customer service. I have made exchanges, had pieces repaired or cleaned and of course purchased new items. This was my first visit to a Pandora store, to purchase a gift, and the sales person was very helpful and friendly in helping me find something in my price range to buy. I was then allowed to just browse and look at the many pieces available. Another associate showed me her Disney charm bracelet, and what fun I had hearing about her trips and the special charms only available at Disney stores.

I brought my great niece in for her 16th birthday. It was her first Pandora experience. The sales person took great care in insuring that her experience was special.
