Like many other Pandora stores I’ve visited, the store was packed. Despite the customer count, the associates were very hands on. I received quick and satisfactory service. I never want to shop at another Pandora, I love this one!

The staff is always friendly and willing to help out whenever I go in there. There knowledge of the product is awesome. We will most definitely visit Pandora again!!!

my survey says it all..... no problems, excellent customer service, even though they were closing, I was not rushed and treated with respect. very attentive and cordial. this is the only Pandora site that I have been purchasing my items, because of the excellent customer service. Thank you!

Erika was very informative. she let me know about the free cleaning service, which is great! also let me know the impotence about getting clips of my bracelet, also didn’t make me feel pressured to buy them that day. she also told me about the next event that is coming up which i am excited about & was glad someone told me!

Erika was especially helpful in helping me find the charms I wanted. She even put them on the bracelet for me before and that helped in making my decision easier. I only came in to buy two charms, but I ended up buying three!

I visited Old Orchard in IL sometime back. The staff was not nearly as knowledgeable on exchange/returns and I'm a unique case. I was buying for family in three states and they need to be able to exchange. The staff I worked with in Oak Brook was clear and positive and knowledgeable. Also, they were very honest about the challenges you all have had with certain silver bracelets and they led me to a better product. It was a very nice experience indeed!
