The store associate, Erica, was very friendly & helpful. She brought out a large selection of charms & bracelets & was very helpful in choosing what looks best. She also was very informed about offers for the store. The experience definitely makes me want to return to the store.

Although I had to wait 45 minutes for assistance, the associate (Mira) was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She apologized for the wait, as 2 people called in sick that day. I could not walk away mad even if I wanted to, she was too nice and accommodating for that. Store offered anyone waiting water and were very friendly.
