I had to exchange I bracelet I bought online and Hernandez helped me right away. They also cleaned my bracelet I had while I was there. They were so helpful I was in and out with no problem.

Our sales associate was so friendly and accommodating. I love the Pandora product and want to always add to my collection. My sales person went over and above in satisfying us on our visit.

The associate was available right away to assist us with our return. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She made the transaction very smooth.

I love the selections, My size was available. Staff was friendly and we were able to take our time to select products.

The sales associate tried her best to locate items I wanted. Majority of them in stock. Wished the sales items could be placed on back order since none left at store and last day of sale but I did not get any notification until got call about some other item that I ordered were in at another location.

My sales assaociate Rosa was fabulous. I was frustrated with the 1 hour wait but she made it worth it.

Came in sat night and was helped by Peggy who by far was the nicest sales lady ever. She was very helpful and extremely friendly. She looked over my bracelet that was cleaned at a different store and explain that it was not cleaned correctly. She advised she was gonna have it cleaned correctly as well as reorganize all the charms to make it fit better. She really went the extra step to make it a great visit. Will definitely come back and have her help me next time.

Staff was helpful and made my return item very pleasant. I was just disappointed that the item that I was looking for was out of stock and since there was a sale going on.

Peggy was great at oakbrook, she helped me find what I wanted.
