I've been to different Pandoras not only in illinois but other states this was my first time visiting store 99 and I will only buy my items at this store in the near future. Peggy was the true definition of Customer Service she has a beautiful personality and she gave me knowledge of my jewelry I never knew.Thanks Peggy for knowing your job and enjoying what you do..I will recommend all my friends and family to shop here because of Peggy.

Elizabeth K. was super friendly. I took my mother, who doesn't speak English, to shop for new charms. It took a little longer because I had to translate for her but Elizabeth was patient and even tried to listen closely as my mom talked to see if she could understand what she was saying. Sometimes she would understand what my mom was asking to see and she'd bring it out for her. Excellent service!
