Pandora Jewelry

Jennifer, my sales associate, is amazing!! I only go to Pandora when she is there. She gives her customers the personal touch and greats us with her friendly smile. She is always cheerful and remembers details about me and my likes to ensure that my shopping trip is personalized to my style and liking. My Mom feels the same way about her. Everyone I meet that compliments me on my jewelry I tell them to go visit Jennifer. I'm so glad that I met her and Pandora is lucky to have her! She is one of a kind!

Rosanne was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I described what I was looking for and she knew what it was. She also showed me other pieces to complete the look.

Oak Brook can be a very snobby mall, so I was nervous about going to Pandora to begin with. When I walked in I was greeted by the nicest clerk, Peggy. I cannot say enough good things about her, not only was she knowledgeable, but she was so nice too!

Peggy was outstanding. She did such an amazing job. She was the frist to greet us and asked if we need any assistance.

Customer service was knowledgeable, friendly and she found exactly the charm I was looking for.

A customer is HIGHLY SATISFIED when they can walk into a store and everything goes right and you are in and out in quickly and the sales associate makes you feel good about spending your money. One customer brought her dog into the store; I think that should be restricted as I am personally afraid of dogs and once she came in; I was more concerned with the dog than with my purchase. Other than that GREAT EXPERIENCE

Everybody in the store was excellent. They were not pushy or rude and my girlfriend was excited!
