Rosa my Pandora Design specialist was very nice and gave me a lot of choices and helped me design my bracelet. I will definitely go back to the Oakbrook store and see her.

My first time visiting a Pandora store, and I was very satisfied with my experience there. My associate, Peggy, was very knowledgeable, and very helpful as she walked me through all of the choices of bracelets, charms, and other jewelry, such a necklaces, rings, and earrings that I might want to see. I loved her Disney Pandora bracelet; she was the most friendliest person, and I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you so much, Linda B.

As I walked in the store I was greeted very nicely. I was taken care right away and asked me if I was looking for something in particular. Which I was , my husband gave me a pair of earrings as a gift but somehow I lost one of them. I went in there already knowing what I looking for. Overall experience it was nice.
