The lady helping us was named Rowanne and she was absolutely amazing!!! We have been to many Pandora’s before but not once have we had such an phenomenal person helping us. She was super friendly, patient, helped give opinions without necessarily changing ours, and spent a while two hours with us without any complaints and absolute kindness the whole entire time. She made great suggestions and was just absolutely FANTASTIC!!!

Was greeted at the door and put on the list and offered water. Wait was not long. Very clean store. The service was great. They knew exactly what I was looking for.
