The associate that I was dealing with was very friendly, there was no problems with my experience and she was very knowledged. She also helped me pick out 2 rings I would like to buy for next time.

I was very satisfied with my experience at the pandora store in Oak Brook. The sales associate that was helping me, Peggy, was very friendly. I came in to exchange a bead I had received as I has already had it and find out if the bracelet I received was the correct size. The pandora bracelet that I was wearing was the same size and since it was too big, Peggy informed me of the options that I had if I wanted to make my current bracelet smaller.
