Rowanne and the girl working with her were extremely helpful and patient as I decided through the several charms and clips for my bracelet. Really enjoyed my time in the store.

Service was excellent and sales girl was very friendly and helpful.

I live in Indiana. I was not charged for two of the charms and had to take care of payment over the phone the next day.

I was replacing a bracelet that I lost before my fiancé found out and my salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful

I do love the store but you all need to have a little better price point. The charms are silver and they will tarnish

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. The staff was knowledgebase of the products and offered to clean my charms.

I wanted to have my necklace shortened because the adjustable necklace was way too long for me. The sales person helped my boyfriend to pick one that we all liked, and she actually helped to entice him to get me the ring I really wanted. She did it in a tactful way and she was very educated on all the merchandise. So my boyfriend ended up sending in the necklace to be shortened, buying another plain chain for my pendent in the meantime so I can wear my beautiful pendent and buying me my wonderful ring. I couldn't have been more pleased.

This was my first visit to Pandora. Honestly, I was very satisfied with the service that was provided to me. Jazmin was very helpful. She was able to answer every question I had regarding the product! Thank you Jazmin!

My mother in Canada had bought 3 bracelets, one for me, and each of my 2 young daughters. She had sent beautiful charms for bdays and Cmas, but as we just recently moved, no one had worn their bracelet, as I was concerned they would be lost. Originally, With 4 children in the bustle of Cmas morning. My concern was that nothing would be lost. Then we moved,,, this month I went in to exchange all 3 bracelets as not one had been worn as all 3 were too small. These were the nicest gift!!!! So beautiful! My one daughters has pink charms and my other daughter purple... So pretty and such a lovely gift. My husband travels internationally and Peggy was quick to educate me on Pandoras charms for different nations, special ones one Disney, and also your free shipping policy for purchases over a certain amount. My 8 yr old was very very impressed with the teapot charm on Peggy's bracelet and she let us know that although that one was discontinued a new teapot charm was coming out in spring. We left with a book.I did not realize you did rings too. So pretty for little fingers;). Most impressed with my visit. Wonderful options and possibilities Peggy was warm,knowledgeable, and friendly.
