She went out of her way to clean my wife’s bracelet that was extremely dirty. That made me happy that she offered to take off each charm and clean bracelet. Having had a past bad experience at this location this visit was above and beyond my expectation.

I came in the store to see if my bracelet that I received as a gift was too small or the right size for adding future charms. Sales associate was very helpful and informative confirming that it was the right size for me. I received great customer service.
