The sales person Peggy (I think her name was) was a extremely nice person. She had to go check with the management to exchange my ring and there was absolutely NO PROBLEM. That is a quality store with a very professional staff. I did see things I really liked when I was waiting for maybe 5 min. before seeing a salesperson and because of the friendliness and professionalism I will definitely go back to that store and purchase the items.
